What is Kratom?-A Review

Kratom herb is known mostly by its botanical name Mitragyna Speciosa. Kratom is commonly found in Thailand, Myanmar and Malaysia. It comes from the same family as the coffee tree (Rubiceae) and the leaves have been used as an herbal drug from time immemorial by the people of Southeast Asia.

MORE ABOUT KRATOM
In the past decade or so, knowledge of Kratom has become much more abundant and word of this plant's wondrous medicinal properties has spread in the western nations of the world as more and more people are becoming aware of its versatility. Native Kratom trees can grow up to a height of 50 feet, and its benefits have been documented in the western world since the 1800s by various groups of botanists and biologists.

WHAT ARE IT'S EFFECTS?
The effects of Kratom are dose-dependent. It acts as a stimulant when taken in low doses. The higher the dose, the stronger the effects, and the longer they last. Many people report a positive ‘afterglow' the next day. These effects primarily come from the leaves of the tree. The large, dark green leaves of the Mitragyna Speciosa are shed continually all throughout the year, providing a fresh and constant supply of powerful alkaloids, which are responsible for the blissful experience one feels with Kratom.
